Completed with Vol.3 Ch.5

Meet Sarah, successful event planner by day... frustrated 30 year-old virgin by night. Actually, she's not quite 30 yet. The night before the dreaded birthday, she vows to do something about it. Meet Gang-E, a 29 year-old graphic novelist. She only has one problem... she likes them young. Males, that is... especially her 19 year-old assistant and lover (and adoring fan) Jooyoung. No more boys, she pledges. Gang-E vows to find a real man, even if it kills her. And finally, meet 27 year-old Amber who ruthlessly climbs the corporate ladder, leaving many dead career corpses in her wake. Amber has never met a man she didn't like (and sleep with), nor has Amber ever met a woman she did. Three lonely women in search of "happily ever after" in one modern city filled to the brim with difficult men. We all yearn to drive down a straight, calm road leading us to our happiness. But if it were that easy, life wouldn't be such an amazing ride.

Early Wann, so you can see her style develop. Fun depiction of modern life from three different urban, urbane career women in Seoul from about 15 years ago, but also has some antiquated, deeply `80s takes on men and women that skeeved me out with how awful the attitudes towards men and women were. So, yeah, just like “Sex and the City”, including spending lots of time on fashion (some of the gendered takes in that section are so old, they’re covered in mold and rust), and depicting women unabashedly enjoying sex. This series ends better than that show did, which says something for Wann’s superior writing and better takes on the future of how men and women will relate. Interesting, kinda sexy series with funny, compelling characters that probably captures life from fifteen years ago pretty well, but I wouldn’t say it’s worth sinking a ton of money into. Rent, don’t buy, and try to get that discount.

I can honestly say this is one of my favourit comics that I have read on line, Its touching funny insitefull and I think realy close to the truth not just far most wemen struggling to survive gender sterotypes in todays society.

My favourit character was Ambers sister she made me laugh so hard, i would lone to get away with the just half of the things she did.

You guys are right. It is a Korean Sex and the City. I love how this series targets sexism in Korea and tries to bring such social issues into light through these ultra-liberal woman. I actually think these women are portrayed in a hyper liberalized manner, to the point where I can't really see these characters as the norm in Korea.

Either ways, a joyous ride as much as it was enlightening. But it seems like there is a missing last chapter...

Very entertaining to watch three charismatic women trying to make sense of their lives. If you're a fan of "Can't Lose You" and "Sex in the City," you'll probably find this mini series enjoyable.
