Completed with Vol.11 Ch.9

Jay Jin is the headstrong teenage rebel, determined to prove she's serious about making art. J. Max is the tall debonair foreigner, in Korea on business, with more--much more--to his background than he lets on. On the surface, it would seem as though Jay and J. have nothing in common...until a chance encounter in a hotel lobby sparks a mysterious attraction. Will true love prove strong enough to overcome the language barrier, not to mention the thousands of miles separating two attractive people? Then there are the interventions of friends and family who think they know best... as well as a disastrous encounter with spicy chicken kebab! A giddy romantic fable for our ever-shrinking world, 100% Perfect Girl demonstrates the power of chemistry to conquer all.

Hello!!! If your going to publish books in book format atleast publish the books as a complete set. I have vol 1-10 and I'm very pissed off that volume 11, the LAST volume, is a no show!

It's bittersweet that my beloved series has finally come to an end--yet, at the same moment, it's about time...Like what most have overtly already expressed the ending product has deviated much from the beginning. The first couple volumes took readers into a fantastical love story. I fell in love with 100% because of the early storyline. Unfortunately, the strong story became diluted with the following volumes. But when it comes down to it, I will always look back at 100% as a dear series. At least it ended with a happy ending. Now, I want to see another (and more happier) series from Wann, or perhaps a follow-up story of Lennox or Kairen, or etc. To those faithful reviewers, thanks for some of the deep insights. Hope to trade thoughts with you on the next Wann series. :D

I have not been this pissed off since the ending of Click.

I can't even rant. All the previous reviewers said it all.

I am done. More than done.

Something pops up in my wandering mind.

Well, she'd definitely remember her most important friend and trusted benefactor, Luigi as always in her heart.

She'll always cherish her happy times with the beautiful mafia don, even if she'd inevitably recall her torrential ache of discovering the shocking truth of his selfless sacrifice at times. I think that her poignant ache will not ever go away, regardless of the great bliss that she's had shared with her princely husband, Jarte.

I think that she'd surely go to the grave of Luigi Calpetti faithfully on every anniversary of his death with the elite bodyguards protecting her. She'd reminisce about her short sweet time with him and share with him about her life with Jarte, precious children, personal struggles and great accomplishments of Queen Jay, and random thoughts.
Being Jay Jin of good character, she'd go there faithfully until death, no matter what and regardless of triads' deadly cruelty.
Perhaps she'll meet Lennox by chance.

I really wish to see the next series: 100% Perfect Girl 2 be newly created by my beloved artist, Wann. There're a plenty of threads with wondrous potential to tie up nicely, such as my two favorite couples: Benjamin Landro x Hynjoo Lee and Jemin x Lucien; Hoah's beautiful girl; Clarence and Kandy's exciting adventures; Kairan, the most elite bodyguard's daily life; Lennox's fierce determination of protecting one lady from evildoers' assassinated attempts, etc.

I really wish to read some more further... +sigh+

    Sorry, everybody.

I seriously mistook Lennox for Lucien's half-brother, Clarence Ewan. Pardon me, my tired brain must have been in warped twist.
I already deleted my most recent review in sincere apology to those who voted for Lennox to be Lucien's man.

Well, in my honest opinion, Lennox may not be perfectly suited to be Lucien's soulmate. I could sense their individual aura that're going off at a tangent. Their intelligence level and viewpoints of life are sharply different.
In fact, I do believe that Jay's elder brother, Jemin is truly THE ONE for Lucien.

    beloved828,
I'm just so very sorry to hear that you're utterly disappointed in that kind of ending.
To me, it's the most satisfying ending with a nice bang of bittersweet nostalgia. It's like concluding Jarte and Jay's tumultuous love struggles, aching angst of learning about their horrible flaws, and humbling lessons of life that they've had learnt. So they should truly deserve the joyous, peaceful blessing of their steadfast love for each other. They've had already reached the end of their incredibly difficult love test's road and then continued on journeying together in life's ups and downs.
It's the most believable ending, even if it's rather so idealistic like a fantasy.

No, no, no. Luigi was not the BIG loser who stupidly sacrificed his life courageously for Jay's life. No such thing about Jay's comfort.
Maybe you never truly experience the exhilarating element of love that'd make you feel like longing to sacrifice your life for someone precious to you, even with his imperfect flaws. That's exactly what the iron-hearted Luigi was experiencing for the first time. As well, it's similar to Jarte and Clarence's personal experience.
Such an extraordinary man of strong character, Luigi should truly deserve our highest respect. After all, not many can sacrifice their life so readily for their beliefs or love's sake.

Your view on Lennox's love for her is interesting. Much different from mine. I think that it's not love for Jay, but just that he's had a special strong bond with her. Their daily interaction naturally intensified that special bond, and his hardened heart's unfamiliar tender affection. Yes, it's neither a lover/soulmate's nor a brother's.
Jay's the first girl that he's had to protect with fierce loyalty so it's a HUGE loss of special bonding for him to deal with personally. It's really very HARD on him as Jay literally touched his heart most warmly with her charming kindness and gentle generosity.
In the poignant end, they led a completely different lifestyle. Maybe, he didn't want to lead a royal life of Jay's bodyguard, totally incompatible with his philosophy of life.

Hm... I didn't really think that Clarence Ewan was the lousy loser who's pining for Jay in his changed heart. He just couldn't help nursing such a precious love for Jay; in his eyes, it's refreshing and pure. Not depraved filthy lust that he usually had before.
I honestly viewed him as the gracious gentleman who blessed Jarte and Jay with big-hearted generosity, even with the most sweet love for Jay in his secret heart. There's really no such thing as losing or even winning in love's game. It's a big complexity of swirling emotions and thoughts that virtually defied perfect logic. It's utterly meaningless to label Clarence Ewan "Loser."
In fact, he did gain something wonderfully great in the process of letting Jay go freely. It's true love in his new heart that had enabled him to release his ferocious hold onto her. As a result, he's become a much better man with fascinating angles of life experiences, though he had experienced acute loneliness that weakened him emotionally. A good thing, Kandy is there to be his faithful companion. Clarence and Kandy just can't survive independently on their own like a perfect lone wolf.
In conclusion, Clarence no longer carried the heaviest burden of his cruel father's psychological taunts and adopted sister, Greta's unexpected death. As well, he totally lost interest in carrying out his diabolical revenge on his half-brother, Jarte.
It's very factually true that loving someone with one's whole heart can change one's usual perspectives radically.

In all, I absolutely LOVE Wann's 100% Perfect Girl, even with its flawed story-telling.
It gave me many vital clues of different characters' personalities and innermost thoughts.
It's truly the powerfully dimensional story that give me good opportunities to peek into their deepest cores of soul. Indeed, it's delightfully enjoyable to read it as many times as possible.

Wann, thank you for giving me an amazingly suspenseful ride of my life~!
